It is a special art of getting a person to submit to one's will.There are three stages of hypnotism ,in first stage one is induced only to hypnotic sleep,and a hypnotist is able to ask only questions,in the next stage one is able to make person do simple things,but it should not conflict with his ethics and ideals.In the third stage hypnotist is able to completely bring someone to submit to one's will.

To learn hypnotism one should have a very high concentration and he must develop some hypnotic power in the eyes. for this he must meditate everyday and later when his concentration level has increased he must practice dtaring at shakti chakra to develop hypnotic power ineyes.Then he should practice tratak in order to attain complete hypnotic power in eyes
